Cromology the art of professional painting

Three Minutes to Understand

Safety is Cromology’s first value.

Cromology has made the choice of “zero accident”.

The choice of “Zero accident” means ensuring working conditions that allow all employees and subcontractors to go home at the end of the day in the same condition as when they arrived.

The choice of “Zero accident” means passing on our safety culture by setting an example at every level and in every Group’s company.

The choice of “Zero accident” means making our industrial operations safer, implementing directives to be shared by everyone, raising awareness and training our employees and subcontractors, whether they are operational staff at our industrial sites, commercial employees in our stores or on the roads, technicians and engineers in our laboratories or support staffs in our offices.
Every year since 2009, Cromology has organised a World Safety Day, designed to focus the attention of all of our employees on safety at work.

In 2015, we recorded 3.9 accidents per million hours worked. This is 3.9 too many, but it is still 6 times below the average of our industry.
