How did you evolve within Cromology ?
I joined the paint industry in 2005. I went through the different commercial jobs accompanied by my hierarchy, successively as Store Associate, Store Manager and then as Technical Sales Representatives at Zolpan in the Paris area. Thanks to internal mobility, I seized an opportunity to join the Tollens network as a Key Account Manager in the Rouen region.
Since 2020, I am Retail Manager for the Normandy area. Under my direct management, I have a team of 10 stores Managers and, indirectly, 30 employees.
What do you like in your job ?
The key to success in my job, (and this is what I like), is to encourage dialogue and the exchange of good practices between the members of my team.
The knowledge of our paints is built over time. I make customer service our priority. It is a daily requirement that obliges me: I make sure that my collaborators’ skills increase so that our expertise is expressed in our answers to the customer’s needs in order to help him protect and enhance his heritage.
