How did you evolve within Cromology ?
I am a Chemical engineer. After a first experience in adhesives in Switzerland, I came back to France to discover the world of paint by joining a small business in the sector and never left.
I started at Cromology in 2005 as Manager of the interior paint laboratory, heading a team of 5 people. It was at a time when the VOC* Solvents Emissions Directive in paints was being prepared for the entire sector. It was about reviewing the whole portfolio of the group’s formulations with regard to these new regulatory requirements and ensuring its compliance as of 2007. I then became Colorimetry and Tinting Machine Manager in 2010, heading a team of 8 people. I contributed to the launch of the new Group Tinting System, in particular by participating in the training of the trainers of Points of Sale’ staff. In 2012, I became R&D Laboratory Manager, in charge of both Colorimetry and Interior Paints for France, with 15 people under my responsibility. In 2020, I seized an opportunity for internal mobility. Since then, I have been Group Health, Safety and Environment Director.

What do you like in your job ?
I implement continuous improvement projects in all countries, related to Health, Safety and the Environment, pillars of the Group’s CSR strategy.
I am proud to contribute to Cromology’s continuous improvement process in order to minimize its environmental impact and to ensure safer working conditions for my colleagues. My actions allow me to appreciate the diversity of the group’s operational activities and its international dimension.
