Actions
Health and safety
All Cromology sites are ISO 45001 certified. The Group has rolled out a prevention programme structured around three themes — disaster prevention, fatality prevention and injury prevention — implemented in each entity via the NAP (Never Again Program). A global day dedicated, the Safety Day, is organised every year in all countries.
Diversity & Inclusion
Cromology has structured its D&I approach around a policy against discrimination and harassment, a Manifesto, a compulsory e-learning module for all employees, and an annual report on gender equality.
In 2024: International Women’s Day, the PIDIEM partnership on disability in the workplace, the DuoDay initiative (14 pairs formed), and awareness campaigns for Pink October and Movember.
Work-life balance
The Group brings together concrete initiatives in each country: the right to disconnect formalised in a charter and Quality of Life at Work Week. An annual satisfaction survey is conducted in all countries — 95,5 % of employees in Italy responded to it in 2024.
Talent retention
Three key drivers: a fair remuneration policy (annual collective agreements, profit-sharing and incentive schemes); an annual training programme rolled out via the C-learning platform across all entities; and active internal mobility.
