What do you like about your job?

I took part in developing the very first colour simulator app for smartphones using augmented reality. I’ve learned a lot in a short space of time. It’s because my manager has confidence in my work and is always available when I need help. It’s also because the company lets you think on your feet and take the initiative.

Magali

Technical Sales Representative at Tollens

« The diversity of the sales profession is what I like most. I work with Pros, mostly craftsmen. No two days are alike. »

What do you like about your job?

The diversity of the sales profession is what I like most. I work with Pros, mostly craftsmen. No two days are alike: each client has his own needs. I like to go and meet them on their worksites or in their offices. It makes me able to understand the way each client works, and the technical particularities of their worksites. So I can give the right advice and provide the right products. I also appreciate the union we have created with the Point of Sales’ staff, we are a close-knit team. And I can count on my manager who trusts me and gives me autonomy being always there when I need him.

How did you evolve at Cromology ?
I have been a Technical Sales Representative at Tollens for 18 months and I am carrying out an important life project for my family: my move to the French South West. I expressed a desire to move. Cromology then offered me a sales position in Bordeaux. This is a real proof of confidence and recognition. I was very well accompanied. Before leaving, I met the team that I’ll join and discovered my future sector. And Cromology has taken care of my moving expenses. I am happy with this new life and this new challenge that Cromology is allowing me to live.
