Wendel, our shareholder since 2006, has announced today having received a firm offer to acquire 100% of the equity of Cromology from DuluxGroup, part of Nippon Paints, the world’s fourth largest paint company.
Wendel has decided to enter into an exclusivity period with DuluxGroup to finalize the transaction.
The closing of the transaction should take place during the first half of 2022, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
