Appoline’s career path

Appoline, 42, is originally from northern France. She joined the group in 2008 as a sales assistant in Wasquehal on a temporary contract, before signing a permanent contract in Englos.
She spent a year in Courcelles-lès-Lens as a replacement. After her maternity leave, she returned to Englos, where she remained for 10 years.

Passionate about decoration, design, and color, she developed a client base of private individuals, setting up a new showroom and working on numerous beautiful decoration projects. “We had a loyal clientele, a great atmosphere, and a good team!” she recalls.

In 2020, she seized the opportunity to become an RPV in Béthune, through her former RPV in Englos. “A new job, new challenges to take on!”

In 2024, to be closer to her parents, who had moved to the south when they retired, she obtained a transfer to Toulouse.

What qualities are required to do her job?

“You have to enjoy human relations and be open-minded!”
