Can you tell us about your background?

After studying mechanical engineering, I decided to switch to business by earning a BTS in Operational Sales Management. As the grandson of a painter (specializing in lime wash) and the son of a supplier in the construction industry, I’ve been immersed in the world of painting and construction since I was a child. So it was only natural that I chose to do my work-study program at Cromology.

How did your work-study program at Cromology go?

Very well! My BTS program was very career-oriented, and I received excellent training from my mentor, whom I’d like to thank by the way! With my diploma in hand by the end of 2025, my management offered me a position as a Sales Advisor at Tollens in Saint-Alban-Leysse, which I accepted.

What qualities does it take to be a good Sales Advisor?

You have to be versatile and eager to get to know your customers well so you can better meet their needs.

What do you like most about your job?

I love the technical aspect of our products and, of course, the customer interaction. Some loyal customers have been shopping with us for over 20 years and sometimes come in as often as three or four times a week—naturally, that builds a connection!
