How did you evolve within Cromology ?

I joined Cromology in 2018 as a Store Associate at the Zolpan Wasquehal store after 17 years of working in a factory in Belgium. I wanted to change my life, to be in contact with people and Zolpan offered me this opportunity.
One year later I was promoted Store Manager and, in 2021, I went on the road as a Technical Sales Representative.

What do you like in your job ?

I like the exchanges, the human contact and I like to feel useful for my clients. I appreciate getting positive feedbacks from them. I learn from my clients as much as I advise them. I feel very comfortable at Zolpan, which offered me a second professional life after a rather difficult career.
The team is young and dynamic, we make sure to go all in the same direction to satisfy our clients.
