Arthur’s background:

Originally from Bourgoin Jallieu, Isère, Arthur, 31, was a professional rugby player until 2019. He then decided to turn the page and devote himself to “post rugby”. After graduating with a BTS MUC (Management of Sales Units), he joined Décathlon, where he spent four years learning the ropes of sales and management, as head of the cycle – workshop department.
In 2023, he decided to reorient his professional life to spend more time with his family. That’s when he met a Sales Promotion Manager who suggested he join Cromology. In April 2023, he took up the challenge and became VP.
He put together a team and contributed to the turnaround of the Bourgoin outlet, breathing new life into it. A year later, in April 2025, he was promoted to DAV following internal transfers: “The company really believes in internal development!

What do you like about your job?

Today, Arthur manages around 40 people in 15 sales outlets. “I work with a team of passionate people. I’ve learned every step of the way in the field. Knowing the realities of VRS enables me to create links and give meaning to the missions.”
“No two days are alike, with new challenges to meet, new solutions to find…” Arthur explains, with his sports vocabulary, that he never gets bored!
“Federating, supporting, giving meaning” are his watchwords.
