How did you evolve within Cromology?

I joined Cromology in 2002 as Sales Assistant having answered for a job offer after a professional shift. I hold a degree in tourism. In 2014, I joined the team in charge of the private customers business as Sales Development Assistant, a position I held for 16 years.
I graduated a Sales Support BTEC Higher National Diploma thanks to an individual training leave.
In 2018, recognized for my skills in commercial management with our customers and my understanding the commercial team’s development business needs, my management offered me to join a newly created team in the group: Business Analyst, interface between both sales and IT teams.
As project manager, I managed the design and upgrade of daily tools for consumer and independent sales teams. This mission greatly “nourished” my curiosity and my IT skills in software development and applications, thanks, in particular, to the caring mentoring of my colleagues of the Information Systems Department.
In 2021, a new opportunity, I took the position of Sales Manager for the Independent network. For the first time in my career, I manage, four people.
Thanks to my previous experiences, I have a good understanding of the global vision of the company and the organization between the different departments. This allows me to be prompt and efficient in supporting the team and Sales reps.
Since 2023, I takle a new challenge, I am Chief Data Management Officer, my mission consists in ensuring our product database reliability. I supervise a team of 5 people.

What do you like in your job?

I like to understand the challenges of the departments with which I work transversally and to delve into the IT systems, in order to propose suitable solutions.
Beyond the job itself, what pleases me is the adrenaline of new projects and teamwork.
