After appointing last June Pierre Pouletty as Chairman of Cromology, Wendel has named Loïc Derrien to take over as Cromology’s CEO beginning on August 27. This change in corporate governance is intended to support and step up the pace of Cromology’s strategic reorientation, initiated by Wendel in 2017.
