Manon’s career at Cromology

At 28, Manon has already explored several facets of logistics, combining curiosity, adaptability, and team spirit. Now Logistics Manager, she devotes her energy to ensuring seamless organization at the heart of exchanges between production and customer sites.

Manon holds a technical degree in Quality, Logistics, and Industrialization, followed by an engineering degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in logistics. She completed most of her studies through a work-study program in the industrial sector.

She graduated in the midst of the health crisis and, like many young graduates in her class, faced a sluggish job market. She quickly bounced back by becoming a “contact tracer” for the CPAM, a role that allowed her to hone her interpersonal skills and rigor in a tense environment.

She then joined a POS advertising company as a project manager, working with major cosmetics brands. She stayed there for a year and a half, developing a range of skills, from planning to reviewing plans.

In September 2022, Manon joined a Cromology Research & Industry production site as Logistics Manager. “It’s a bit of a cliché, but no two days are the same!” she says. Her first task each morning is to analyze the previous day’s production tonnage, identify any shortages, and monitor the OTIF (On Time In Full) indicator.
