How did you evolve within Cromology ?

After a Master’s degree in Management from ESC Troyes, I started out in banking. I quickly became interested in working in sales and became a store manager, first in the windows sector, then joining a construction company specializing in renovation work. On the strength of this experience in both BtoB and BtoC, I joined a paint distributor, first as a sales outlet manager, then in international trade marketing. Finally, I added another string to my bow, working for a real estate group in the digital sector for five years, managing key account networks.
I joined Cromology at the end of 2022 as project manager for the Tollens distribution network. The aim was to help develop certain Points of Sale identified as having strong potential. At the end of the project, my management offered me a replacement position as Sales Animation Manager for the South-West region. This experience made me want to give it another go, and I was offered a position as Sales in Paris area.
My scope covers 9 stores (out of the 20 in the region), including two major in a highly competitive sector, with a wide variety of customers ranging from private individuals to small businesses dedicated to high-end projects, as well as professional painters working on large projects.
My job is to set up events, create emulation and help my teams (9 store managers and 20 salespeople) to improve their skills, with a culture of success on a daily basis.

What do you like in your job ?

Every day is a new challenge, I’m never bored, no two days are alike, and that’s exactly what I like!
I also enjoy helping my teams to succeed, which is extremely rewarding.
